About the Role

Oakbridge Insurance Agency LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Manager to support our clients in the Alpharetta area. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional client service and relationship management, ensuring seamless interactions with insurance company representatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and insurance company representatives to drive business growth and retention.
  • Collaborate with producers to write new business and retain renewals, including application completion, submission preparation, re-marketing, premium negotiation, quote confirmations, proposal preparation, and proposal delivery.
  • Provide clients with timely and effective support for claim reporting and follow-up, ensuring seamless resolution and minimizing disruptions.
  • Work closely with the Service Team to process changes, claim reports, billing questions, audits, evidence of insurance, and similar transactions, maintaining accurate records in the agency management system.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar role at an independent insurance agency, with a strong understanding of commercial insurance lines of business.
  • Active or ability to obtain a Georgia Property & Casualty license, with insurance industry designations such as CIC, CISR, CPCU highly desirable.
  • Experience with an agency management system, with Applied Epic preferred, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with experience working with contractor and residential clients a plus.
