Position Overview:
We are in search of a talented and personable Client Success/Sales Specialist to become a part of our dynamic team.

This position is vital for onboarding new clients, cultivating strong relationships, and ensuring a smooth transition from contract signing to onboarding.

The ideal candidate will excel in verbal communication, build trust, and resolve any challenges that may arise during the onboarding phase.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Onboarding:
Guide clients through the onboarding journey with clarity and professionalism.

Relationship Development:
Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel valued and understood.

Information Gathering:
Collect essential information from clients post-contract signing to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Problem Resolution:
Address and resolve any issues or delays that may occur between contract signing and the client's scheduled onboarding session.

Team Collaboration:
Collaborate closely with the sales team to coordinate onboarding schedules and address any client inquiries.

Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in a client success or sales capacity, ideally with a focus on onboarding and account management.
Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to establish trust and rapport over the phone.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling issues.
Humble, trustworthy, and committed to delivering exceptional client service.
Prior experience in recruitment services or consulting is advantageous.

Compensation:
Base salary of $70,000, complemented by performance-based incentives.
