Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to join our team as a People and Culture Manager. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of Human Resources, including Labor Law Compliance, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment, Benefit Administration, and Employee Engagement.

The ideal candidate will have proven multi-state HR Management experience, preferably in the restaurant and hospitality industry. They will work closely with our management team to support their HR needs and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ccoordinate and facilitate onboarding, orientation, and induction processes
  • Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local laws, specifically in New York City and Boston
  • Develop and implement recruiting and retention strategies
  • Act as a trusted resource for employees, answering questions related to benefits, leave of absences, training, or onboarding
