Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Environmental Compliance Lead to join our team at Engineering/Remediation Resources Group, Inc. (ERRG). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing air permitting and compliance for our projects, ensuring that we maintain the highest standards of environmental stewardship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain air quality permits to ensure relevancy and accuracy with current conditions and ongoing compliance.
  • Interact and coordinate with project personnel and regulators regarding air compliance matters.
  • Manage regulatory compliance with permit-required emissions stack testing, continuous emissions monitoring, and inspections.
  • Prepare and implement plans and procedures to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Prepare internal and external reports to track progress and ensure compliance.
  • Provide oversight of internal environmental audits and manage regulatory mandated recordkeeping.
  • Assist in the management of other compliance concerns, including hazardous waste, water, and RCRA Hazardous Waste TSDF permits.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Science in engineering, physical sciences, environmental sciences, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of environmental management experience.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state environmental laws and regulations.
  • Experienced with obtaining and managing permits.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Experienced with a computer-based environmental management system.
  • Certified in 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training along with 8-hour refresher training.
  • Able to obtain a "Secret" security clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Preferably have worked on a Department of Defense (DoD) facility.
