Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cutting-edge EHS strategies to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
- Conduct proactive audits and data analysis to identify areas for improvement in environmental and workplace safety.
- Collaborate with line managers and supervisors to investigate incidents and injuries, and provide feedback on operational safety and environmental performance.
- Support the development of the EHS annual site budget and provide instruction and training to supervisors on EHS framework initiatives.
- Prepare and submit EHS reports, including OSHA, RCRA, SARA, and EPA reports, to scheduled deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental or Natural Sciences, or a related technical field.
- Passion for environmental stewardship and workplace safety.
