Job Overview

Interroll Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Staff Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for preparing and analyzing financial statements, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and profit and loss statements.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  3. Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations, including preparation and submission of tax returns.
  4. Assist with budgeting and forecasting, including preparation of financial models and analysis of financial data.
  5. Provide financial planning and analysis support to management, including preparation of financial reports and presentations.
  6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial information.
  7. Stay up-to-date with changes in financial regulations and laws, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  3. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  4. Knowledge of SAP or other accounting software a plus.
  5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
  7. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret financial reports and other technical information.
