Job Title: Accounts Receivable Team Lead

CAMS is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Receivable Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for leading our Accounts Receivable team, processing receivables, billing, and payments, as well as providing guidance and support to team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and train team members in the Accounts Receivable department
  • Maintain working knowledge and proficiency in all accounting support positions for training and assisting during times of need
  • Work closely with the Accounting Services Manager on day-to-day accounting or operational needs
  • Liaison/assistance with any complex or escalated concerns from Community Managers and/or clients regarding receivables and billing concerns
  • Provide regular reports on output for each area of Receivables and others as assigned
Requirements:
  • Expertise in Excel
  • 4+ years of bookkeeping and/or accounts receivable experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • High attention to detail
  • Investigative and research skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time
  • Customer service skills
  • Prior supervisory experience
Preferred:
  • General knowledge of banking processes
  • Experience with bank reconciliations
Benefits and Compensation:

The salary range for this position is $40,000-43,000 annually and is determined by the candidate's qualifications.
