This role is a key part of our customer support team, providing technical assistance to customers running our Linux-based cluster management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers for our Linux-based cluster management software
- Collaborate with the development team to resolve customer issues
- Develop and maintain expertise in Linux and HPC technologies
- Contribute to the development of technical documentation and knowledge base articles
Requirements:
- BS degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering or related field
- 5 years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role
- Proven research skills and interest in assisting customers to achieve their goals
- Experience in a technical customer-facing role
- Eagerness to learn and become an authority on our product
- Excellent written communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of Linux
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: $104,000 - $195,500
