Job Overview

Arista Networks is seeking a highly skilled Technical Solutions Engineer to join our team. As a Technical Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support and solutions to our customers, ensuring their success with our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and solutions to customers via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software and hardware engineering, product management, and sales, to drive customer success.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of Arista Networks products and technologies.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical issues, and provide recommendations for product improvements.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role, with a strong background in networking technologies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Knowledge of Linux and scripting languages, such as Python or Perl, is highly desirable.

Arista Networks offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $170,000, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a 401(k) plan and employee stock purchase program.
