Sales Associate Job Posting

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers to ensure a positive shopping experience, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the store layout and its various departments and services.
  • Contribute to the store's success by achieving performance metrics established by Ace and management.
  • Utilize effective communication tools to enhance team efficiency in serving customers.
  • Serve as a representative of the store, setting a positive example for colleagues.
  • Foster a professional, clean, and safe shopping environment.
  • Respond to associate radio pages and customer inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Leverage available resources to resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Engage in training and learning opportunities as recommended by management.
  • Stay informed about daily operational goals and store promotions.
  • Assist with the receiving, stocking, and pricing of merchandise.
  • Maintain honesty and open communication with customers, colleagues, and management.
  • Operate the Point of Sale system as needed to assist customers.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.
  • A commitment to exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on business needs.
  • Applicants must be at least 16 years of age due to potential use of power equipment and store hours.
