We are seeking a full-time Senior Recovery Support Specialist to assist individuals as they begin their path toward a substance-free lifestyle. The starting compensation for this position is $18.56 per hour, with eligibility for shift differentials for evening, overnight, and weekend work.
As the Senior Recovery Support Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing patients during all residential activities, including meal times, educational programs, leisure periods, family interactions, and ensuring daily safety and communication.
- Supporting the supervisor in the training and development of all Recovery Support Specialists (RSP).
- Ensuring that group programming is conducted in a professional and supervised manner.
- Documenting incident reports, accident reports, meal counts, tuberculosis documentation, and daily logs.
- Exemplifying appropriate interactions with both staff and patients, leading the RSP team through positive example.
- Providing backup support during staff absences due to illness or vacation, and assisting with on-call duties as necessary.
- Managing medication control procedures and scheduling patient examinations, while monitoring all drug screening processes within the assigned program.
- Coordinating patient transportation services and maintaining cleanliness and safety in patient living areas, lounges, and laundry facilities, while communicating maintenance needs to the Director of Facility Operations.

Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, along with experience in human services or residential settings, preferably in a managerial or leadership role. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a comprehensive background check are required.
Compensation and Benefits:ASAC provides a competitive salary starting at $18.56 per hour, with eligibility for evening, overnight, and weekend shift differentials.
Full-time employees are entitled to a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, flexible spending accounts, company-paid life insurance, short and long-term disability coverage, and voluntary life insurance options.
