About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Courtyard Luxury Senior Living. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with Daily Living Activities: Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming to ensure our residents maintain their independence and dignity.
  • Support Personal Hygiene: Help residents maintain good personal hygiene practices, including oral care, nail care, and skin care.
  • Maintain a Safe Environment: Assist in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for our residents, including monitoring for any potential hazards and reporting any concerns to management.
  • Provide Routine Healthcare: Provide routine individualized healthcare needs, including vital sign monitoring and reporting any changes in health status to management.
  • Record Patient Care: Maintain accurate records of patient care, condition, progress, or problems to report to management.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Discuss observations and concerns with team members to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure all assigned tasks are handled in accordance with Community policies and procedures as instructed by management.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred.
  • Certification: Current Nursing Assistant Certification Required.
  • Experience: Previous experience as a CNA is strongly preferred but not required.
