Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service: Develop a deep understanding of our clients' businesses, industries, and financial reporting requirements.
  • Risk Assessment: Identify and evaluate risks associated with our clients' internal control structures and accounting systems.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements under prescribed formats, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work effectively with cross-functional teams, including audit seniors, managers, and partners, to deliver high-quality services to our clients.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field from an accredited university.
  • Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of progressive experience in a similar role, excluding internships.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong computer skills, including MS Office, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Professional Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or equivalent certification.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with industry-specific accounting and financial reporting requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate teams, and contribute to the development of our audit practice.
