Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and allegations of misconduct, gathering and analyzing evidence to determine the facts and make recommendations for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including HR, Legal, and Finance, to ensure effective communication and resolution of investigations.
  • Prepare and present investigation findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and effectiveness in investigations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as HR, Business, or Law.
  • 5+ years of experience in employee relations, ethics and compliance, security, fraud, law enforcement, or a related field.
  • Strong problem-solving and investigatory skills, with the ability to research information and objectively analyze data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
