Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled QC Tissue Analyst to join our Tissue Culture Lab team in Malvern, PA. As a key member of our laboratory team, you will be responsible for conducting cell-based assays of in-process samples and documenting all QC investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform analytical testing in compliance with GMP regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Conduct biochemical, microbiological, and general chemical testing of raw material, in-process, or final product samples.
  • Maintain laboratory housekeeping, including sample management, reagent preparation, and instrument standardization.
  • Train new laboratory personnel and maintain individual training completion.
  • Participate in continuous improvement and complete document revisions.
  • Execute CAPAs and maintain the laboratory in an audit-ready state.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a scientific field of study.
  • Minimum 2 years of laboratory work experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of ELISA experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of Mammalian Cell Culture experience.
