Job Title: Product Marketing Manager

About the Role:

Sandata Technologies LLC is seeking a skilled Product Marketing Manager to join our team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for our products, including positioning, messaging, and launch tactics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing plans for new and existing products
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering, and other teams to align marketing strategies with product capabilities and business objectives
  • Create compelling marketing materials and sales enablement tools, including collateral, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers
  • Leverage digital channels to enhance product visibility and lead generation
  • Monitor and analyze market and campaign performance to refine strategies and report on key metrics
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure consistent and effective messaging

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or communications
  • Minimum of three years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the homecare or healthcare industries
  • Experience navigating complex organizations and a high level of comfort with fast-paced environments that involve a degree of ambiguity
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and software, including CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
  • Creative thinker with the ability to contribute innovative ideas to marketing campaigns
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Experience in inter-departmental collaboration and communication in a virtual environment
