  • Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices and the ability to promote best practices.
  • Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts among engineering resources while driving program completions.
  • A leader who fosters a culture of teamwork and values employee contributions.
  • A self-starter ready to tackle challenges in a fast-paced environment.
  • Motivated to learn and advance in their career.
  • Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with all organizational levels.
