Job Summary:
GeoLogics Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Configuration Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in configuration management principles and applications, with experience in managing product revision control and ensuring Truth, Trust, and Traceability (T3).
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support documentation traceability efforts across manufacturing and engineering design teams.
- Manage product revision control, ensuring that configuration management and data management processes and procedures are fully implemented and compliant with contractual and internal requirements.
- Track and control configuration baselines through the change management process for the life cycle of products assigned.
- Review and analyze proposed engineering changes to determine their overall effect on the product.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Associates Degree or equivalent experience/combined education and 3+ years of configuration management experience.
- Experience with the application of CM-related policies, procedures, and tools.
- Ability to understand and interpret Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with cross-disciplined teams.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with Product Life Cycle Management (PLM) systems.
- Experience with ERP, SharePoint, Windchill, JIRA, and/or Confluence.
- Configuration Management Principles and Applications SAE EIA-649C.
Level: BS+6-8 YRS or MS+4-6 YRS
