Job Title: PeopleSoft HCM Developer

Job Summary:

Allied Consultants, Inc. is a premier provider of technical and business professionals to clients in Texas. We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft HCM Developer to be a key resource on a technical services team.

Responsibilities:

* Analyze and modify system codes to meet batch processes and interface requirements
* Create technical design documents to support system development
* Troubleshoot and debug system issues as needed
* Collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality results

Requirements:

* 8+ years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM 9.2
* Advanced SQL and PL/SQL hands-on experience
* Experience with RHEL OS Scripting and Oracle Database 12c+
* Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working with a public sector organization
* Experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2 Payroll or Time & Labor
* Experience with SharePoint and Jira
