PeopleSoft Developer Position

Location: Remote with Hybrid Options

Contract Duration: 6 Months

We are seeking a qualified candidate who has completed a four-year degree in data processing, computer science, business, or a related discipline. Relevant professional experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Required Experience:

  • 6+ years of experience in PeopleSoft PeopleTools development.
  • 3+ years of experience in PeopleSoft development, specifically in Benefits Administration and Pension Administration.
  • 3+ years of SQL experience with Oracle databases.
  • 3+ years of experience in writing SQR programs and utilizing PeopleSoft PeopleCode.
  • 3+ years of conducting comprehensive data analysis.
  • 2+ years of experience in PeopleSoft Application Engine programming.
  • 1+ year of experience with PeopleSoft XML Publisher.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • In-depth understanding of PeopleSoft Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, and core HR functionalities.
  • Extensive experience with SQL, SQR programming, PeopleCode, and Application Engine.
  • Familiarity with PeopleSoft XML Publisher reporting.
  • Experience integrating web services between PeopleSoft and third-party applications is advantageous.
  • Ability to create flow diagrams to illustrate processes effectively.
  • Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in computer systems and adapting programs for various applications.
  • Advanced logical processing skills for designing and debugging programs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to facilitate design review meetings and document outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with PeopleSoft integration with other systems and third-party applications through web services is preferred.
