Job Title: HR Generalist

Estimated Salary: $52,000 - $60,000 per annum

About the Role:

Ewing Moving Service & Storage, Inc. seeks a highly skilled HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and implementing all HR policies and company guidelines.

You will ensure adherence to standards and laws initiated by authorities, develop recruitment plans and calendars aligned with operation and sales projections, and generate official internal documents. Additionally, you will design onboarding plans, educate new employees on HR policies, and maintain accurate physical and digital files for employees.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and implement all HR policies and company guidelines.
  • Ensure adherence to standards and laws initiated by authorities.
  • Develop recruitment plans and calendars aligned with operation and sales projections.
  • Generate official internal documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, salary slips, and warning letters.
  • Design onboarding plans and educate new employees on HR policies, internal procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate physical and digital files for employees, including documents, benefits, and attendance records.
  • Plan and initiate employee engagement activities, securing necessary approvals.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain CSR standards as prescribed by authorities.
  • Evaluate employee performance and adjust pay scales accordingly.
  • Take disciplinary action against employees who violate rules and address employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
