HR Manager Role

We are seeking a talented Human Resources Manager to join our team at Community Health Action of Staten Island. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for leading our recruitment efforts, onboarding new hires, and managing employee benefits.
The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role and possess excellent leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including sourcing candidates, managing job postings, and conducting interviews.
- Onboarding: Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including completing necessary paperwork, providing benefits information, and scheduling training sessions.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- At least 4 years of experience in a Human Resources role
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of local and federal employment laws and regulations
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
The estimated salary range for this role is $63,000-$70,000 annually, commensurate with relevant experience and qualifications.
