Key Responsibilities
  • Manage recruitment and hiring processes, including creating job postings and coordinating search committees.
  • Provide advice on human resources management, policies, and procedures.
  • Process personnel action forms, including new hires, re-hires, and terminations.
  • Liaise with employees regarding benefits and leave balances.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of direct HR experience or Associate's degree with five years of direct HR experience.
  • Highly skilled at using database software and Microsoft suite.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
