Key Responsibilities- Partner with Leaders: Collaborate with our leadership team to build a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters growth and development.
- Lead People Strategy: Develop and implement a people strategy that supports the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment to retirement.
- Build and Implement Policies: Create and implement new policies and processes to support our people operations functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, learning and development, engagement, and compliance.
- Enhance People Management Programs: Develop and implement programs to enhance our people managers' skills and abilities, ensuring they are equipped to lead and manage high-performing teams.
- Define and Execute Engagement Plans: Develop and execute plans to enhance employee engagement, retention, and development.
- Work with Leadership Team: Collaborate with our leadership team to embed our values and culture into our strategic planning and decision-making processes.
- Manage People Operations Functions: Oversee the day-to-day operations of our people operations functions, including payroll, benefits, compensation, performance management, learning and development, engagement, and compliance.
- Develop People Analytics: Develop and maintain people analytics to inform our people strategy and decision-making.
- Support Diversity and Inclusion: Support and plan quarterly diversity, equity, and inclusion workshops and initiatives.
- Manage Immigration and Visa Sponsorship: Oversee our immigration and visa sponsorship processes.
- Oversee Benefits Administration: Manage our benefits administration processes.
- 12+ Years of Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in people operations, with at least 5 years of leadership experience.
- PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP Certification: Preferred certification in human resources or a related field.
- Leadership Experience: Proven leadership experience in people operations, with a track record of success in building and implementing people strategies.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with leaders and employees at all levels.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and analyze business data and trends.
- Startup Experience: Experience working in a startup environment, with a willingness to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- World-Class Empathy: Demonstrated ability to work with empathy and understanding, with a focus on building a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Competitive Compensation: A competitive salary range of $185,000 - $230,000 per year.
- Equity: 90th percentile equity package.
