Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
- Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
- Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement insights to improve the employee experience
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and workplace investigations
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Training in Human Resources skills and knowledge (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
- Comprehensive talent management skills throughout an employee's lifecycle
- Knowledge of HR systems, tools, platforms, PEO frameworks, and benefit options
- Business acumen and analytical skills to assist with strategic planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Project management and event planning skills
ZBiotics offers a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and a minimum PTO policy. We also offer a home office stipend, transit benefits, and access to coworking office space. This role requires working on-site one to two days a week and some travel for all-hands meetings and facility visits.
The base salary for this position is $170,000 per year, and will include additional equity. Relocation assistance is available to candidates located outside of the Bay Area.
