Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies to support business growth and objectives
  • Lead the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process for all positions
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Conduct employee engagement surveys and implement insights to improve the employee experience

Requirements
  • 7+ years of experience in Human Resources or a related field
  • Training in Human Resources skills and knowledge (e.g., SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP)
  • Comprehensive talent management skills throughout an employee's lifecycle
  • Knowledge of HR systems, tools, platforms, PEO frameworks, and benefit options
  • Business acumen and analytical skills to assist with strategic planning
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Project management and event planning skills
What We Offer

ZBiotics offers a competitive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, 401(k) matching, and a minimum PTO policy. We also offer a home office stipend, transit benefits, and access to coworking office space. This role requires working on-site one to two days a week and some travel for all-hands meetings and facility visits.

The base salary for this position is $170,000 per year, and will include additional equity. Relocation assistance is available to candidates located outside of the Bay Area.
