Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced leader to join our team as a General Manager at one of our bioprocessing facilities. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for leading a cross-functional team of approximately 40 team members in the daily operation of the facility. Your primary focus will be on ensuring a safe and efficient operation, maximizing profitability, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safety and Compliance: Foster a culture of safety and ensure regulatory compliance at all levels.
  • Operations Management: Lead a team to ensure a highly efficient operation, maximizing profitability while transforming a cutting-edge facility.
  • Team Development: Build and maintain relationships with your team members, guiding, coaching, and developing them to meet their personal and professional goals.

Requirements
