Clinic Operations Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the operations of multiple clinical departments at Physicians' Clinic of Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversight of patient care activities
  • Daily clinic management, including staff management, regulatory compliance, administration, and training
  • Oversight of patient scheduling and delivery of patient care
  • Execution and support of departmental and organizational initiatives, including strategic plan initiatives
  • Financial report monitoring and investigation
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare administration, or a health-related field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of progressive supervisory or management experience in medical group practices, large scope clinical/operational programs, or related service lines
  • Leadership experience with problem-solving methodologies, project management skills, and management
  • Experience with electronic medical records systems
