Position: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: North America

Role Overview:

  • Lead a team of up to 15 employees in the Maintenance department
  • Ensure the upkeep of facilities and machinery to support efficient production
  • Oversee preventative maintenance initiatives to reduce operational downtime
  • Engage in the training and development of staff members
  • Assist engineering personnel with scheduling and equipment management
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager on strategies for improvement
  • Foster open communication for timely resolution of equipment issues
  • Maintain detailed engineering documentation for quality control
  • Compensation Range: $70,000 - $90,000

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years of experience in bakery maintenance
  • Proficient in interpreting production schedules and safety protocols
