Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Landscape Project Coordinator and Estimator to join our office staff. This role will be responsible for assisting the lead estimator in preparing and submitting estimates for various projects, as well as providing administrative support for ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in preparing and submitting estimates for municipal, commercial, and residential projects and services
  • Provide administrative support for multiple ongoing projects, including obtaining permits, organizing project documentation, and coordinating material deliveries
  • Perform quantity take-offs, gather information, and create professional estimates and proposals
  • Support the procurement and execution of landscape projects and services
Requirements
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of motivation to seek success for the team
  • Detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Ability to work independently as well as with a team
  • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficient keyboarding skills
