Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Consultant to join our team at Elmington Property Management. As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supervising the leasing process, communicating with prospective and current tenants, and managing the community's reputation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the community's reputation through effective social media management, direct communication, and marketing.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for prospects, residents, vendors, and the market.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve traffic, leasing, and total income.
  • Think creatively and develop innovative ideas to enhance the business.
  • Work with passion and take pride in your work.
  • Provide effective listening and offer helpful solutions.
  • Possess great energy, enjoy challenges, and set and achieve new goals.
  • Execute Elmington's non-negotiables for property performance.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of multi-family property management experience required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Affordable Programs regulations and/or other federal, state, and local requirements applicable to the property.
  • Professional verbal and written communication.
  • Administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Presentation of a professional image.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Proficiency in operating computers and other technological devices to access email, internet websites for business marketing, and company-utilized software.
  • Preparation, location, and compilation of information and documents.
  • Response to issues outside of normal work schedule when required.
  • Ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • Willingness to develop and learn.
