Job Summary:

The Leasing Professional is a key member of our team at Horizon Realty Advisors LLC, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents. This role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leasing and Sales:
    • Warmly greet visitors, prospective and current residents.
    • Provide prospective residents with information and tours of facilities and available units.
    • Consult with prospective residents to identify requirements and budgets, then match these needs with available floor plan options.
    • Conduct phone, online, and tour sales with prospective and current residents.
  • Administrative Tasks:
    • Prepare lease files for review and approval.
    • Coordinate move-in dates, materials, and processes.
    • Conduct background/credit checks and verify other references as directed.
    • Assist with recordkeeping, filing, bookkeeping, and paperwork as required.
  • Customer Service:
    • Maintain positive resident relations through superior service.
    • Assist with turn walks prior to move-ins, as well as any other turn-related duties as directed.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience:
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • 1-2 years of experience in leasing or customer service preferred.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
