About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BarSplice Products Inc. in the Northwest Territory of the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing account relationships in the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets through developing new business and growing existing account relationships.
  • Develop relationships with fabricators, distributors, precasters, architects, engineers, and state & local municipalities.
  • Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
  • Develop and deliver presentations of product applications that meet the needs of the customer.
  • Communicate the BarSplice value proposition, products, and services.
  • Participate in sales forecasting and planning by providing market intelligence information.
  • Develop and execute account planning.
  • Represent the company in trade and business organizations and events.
  • Manage accounts with integrity and strong business ethics.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in account management or outside sales, construction industry preferred.
  • Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time.
  • Remote Opportunity/must reside in the Northwest United States.
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Great presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage numerous projects at the same time.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • High energy and motivation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
  • Technologically savvy: laptop, computer, smartphone, iPad.
  • Knowledge of Regional Building Codes.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading.
  • Salesforce or other CRM experience.
