Regional Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at BarSplice Products Inc. in the Northwest Territory of the United States. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business and growing existing account relationships in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and exceed individual sales targets through developing new business and growing existing account relationships.
- Develop relationships with fabricators, distributors, precasters, architects, engineers, and state & local municipalities.
- Identify, pursue, and close sales opportunities.
- Develop and deliver presentations of product applications that meet the needs of the customer.
- Communicate the BarSplice value proposition, products, and services.
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning by providing market intelligence information.
- Develop and execute account planning.
- Represent the company in trade and business organizations and events.
- Manage accounts with integrity and strong business ethics.
- Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent work experience.
- 4+ years of experience in account management or outside sales, construction industry preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel 75% of the time.
- Remote Opportunity/must reside in the Northwest United States.
- Knowledge and understanding of sales processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Great presentation skills.
- Ability to manage numerous projects at the same time.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized.
- High energy and motivation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, and Excel.
- Technologically savvy: laptop, computer, smartphone, iPad.
- Knowledge of Regional Building Codes.
- Proficient in blueprint reading.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience.
