About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to lead our team of sales professionals in the Chicago, IL region. As a key member of our Vision Care business unit, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the eye health market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales goals and objectives
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and trade partners
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (MBA preferred)
  • 3+ years of healthcare sales management experience and 7+ years of healthcare and/or B2B sales experience (eye health industry preferred)
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed business decisions
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
