Brandon Herndon is seeking a seasoned leader to join our organization. With 73 years of industry experience, we're committed to innovation and excellence.

This role involves learning our process to service our existing 2,000 business clients while developing relationships to add new clients through referrals and leads. You'll lead a small team to perform these tasks, becoming an expert in training and developing team members. As you master our systems and process, you'll be poised for advancement to the Agency Director role.

This is a weekly-paid position with a competitive salary range of $70,000-$85,000 in the first year.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Service and grow our existing client base.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Supervise team activity and results.
  • Train and develop incoming team members.
  • Provide daily reports using our Salesforce-based CRM.
  • Focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
  • Passion for helping people and developing relationships.
  • Sales or customer service experience.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
  • Desire to be active in the community.
  • Knowledge of CRMs, preferably Salesforce.


Licensing Requirements:

  • Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
  • Must have a clean background and own transportation.
  • 45-day evaluation period before advancement.
