MCLAIN, a 120-year-old industry leader, is seeking a talented individual to join our organization as a Sales Representative. This role offers a unique opportunity to learn our process, develop relationships, and lead a small team to achieve success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service existing client base and identify new business opportunities.
- Supervise team activity and results, ensuring excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Train and develop incoming team members on existing systems, utilizing a CRM like Salesforce.
- Daily reporting of field activity and focus on recruiting, training, and leadership development.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary.
- Passion for helping people and developing relationships, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Sales or customer service experience, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Licensing Requirements:
- Driver's License and ability to work in the U.S. are required.
- Must have a clean background and own transportation.
- 45-day minimum evaluation period before advancement.
