About the RoleThis is a professional level consulting position providing resources to Fortune 1000 client companies in various areas including technology, human resources, accounting, finance, business systems and supply chain. As a W-2 employer, we offer direct deposit bi-weekly payroll, health, dental, vision benefits, paid holidays, and referral bonuses.
Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong knowledge of local, state and federal payroll laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience working with Insperity or similar PEO/HRIS systems and possess excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Serves as the primary liaison with Insperity payroll ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll.
- Reviews and reconciles timesheets, working with managers and employees as required.
- Enters, maintains, and/or processes information in the company's payroll system.
- Provides payroll reporting as requested.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of related payroll experience, preferably in a multifamily property management setting. A degree in a related field such as accounting or business administration is preferred. We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year depending on experience.
