Medical Revenue Operations Specialist

About the Role:
Atrius Health is seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Medical Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our revenue cycle operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our revenue cycle processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide analytical support for revenue cycle operations, including denial management and accounts receivable (AR) management.
- Research and analyze clinical and payer information to support business initiatives and improve revenue cycle processes.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track key revenue cycle metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical and financial stakeholders, to ensure seamless revenue cycle operations.
Requirements:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with revenue cycle software and systems.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as healthcare administration or finance.
