Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Guidance: Provide leadership and guidance to front office team members in the absence of the Operations Manager.
- Operational Excellence: Assist the Operations Manager in ensuring the PDS Operational Model (Perfect Patient Experience) is executed to gain Patients for Life.
- Team Development: Work with team members to help develop successful patient communication skills and facilitate learning.
- Financial Acumen: Assist in driving year-over-year revenue and profit growth, and ensure adherence to cash management and accounting protocols.
- Quality and Compliance: Ensure office adherence to PDS standards in respect to facility cleanliness and maintenance, and maintain an appropriate professional appearance and demeanor in accordance with company policies.
- Communication and Collaboration: Lead and participate in daily huddles and all other meetings as required, and demonstrate stewardship of the PDS Brand making decisions consistent with the PDS Brand framework.
- Education: High School Diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Preferred Qualifications: Prior course work or on-the-job training in the fields of dentistry, insurance, or business.
