Job Title: Client Services Coordinator

Job Summary: Gainor Staffing is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Client Services Coordinator to manage the day-to-day operations of our Client Center in Fort Worth, Texas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Client Center Operations: Oversee the setup and maintenance of meeting rooms, coordinate refreshments, and ensure a welcoming presence at the front desk.
  • Client Experience: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience.
  • Event Coordination: Assist with food handling and service for client meetings and events, and liaise with catering staff as needed.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage AV equipment, room configurations, and cleanliness to ensure the Client Center is always prepared for meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer service focus.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Food Handling: Comfortable handling food and beverages, with food handler training provided.
  • Professional Appearance: Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor, as the face of the Client Center.

Pay Rate: $25-30 per hour, based on experience.
