About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and personable Client Service Representative to join our team at VCA Animal Hospitals. As the face of our organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and setting the tone for our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide top-notch customer service, including greeting visitors, answering telephones, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring seamless communication with clients and staff.
  • Make outbound calls for follow-ups and reach out to prospective clients to build relationships and drive business growth.
  • Present and explain fees, including processing payments, and recommend products and services to meet clients' needs.
  • Manage medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Ensure the hospital is clean and well-maintained, adhering to high standards of cleanliness and organization.
