Job Overview

The Marketing Coordinator / Business Development Assistant is tasked with overseeing various business-related functions for the team, including administrative support, social media management, report generation, and other organizational responsibilities. Key Responsibilities

Marketing Coordinator Duties:

  • Conducting research and compiling data to prepare documents for the Business Development team.
  • Assisting in the preparation for meetings.
  • Monitoring, analyzing, and reporting on performance metrics and trends across multiple social media platforms.
  • Creating and executing social media strategies that align with the company’s objectives.
  • Producing videos, blogs, and presentations tailored for various social media channels.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of each social media campaign using analytics tools.
  • Assessing user engagement metrics (e.g., click-through rates and bounce rates).
  • Reporting on web traffic generated from all social media activities.
  • Performing additional tasks as assigned by the Head of Business Development.

Executive Assistant Duties:

  • Providing confidential administrative support to the CEO.
  • Managing the CEO's calendar, including prioritizing and scheduling meetings.
  • Handling correspondence and phone communications, as well as preparing briefing documents.
  • Creating reports and presentations as needed.
  • Executing other tasks as directed by the CEO.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • A college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • One to two years of experience in social media marketing (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 365 (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, OneNote, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary range: $44,000 - $60,000 per year.
