Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee the construction and installation of broadband networks for Highline Services, LLC. The successful candidate will serve as a liaison between our engineering firm and the company, ensuring seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apply technical expertise to manage deliverables on Highline projects, ensuring timely completion and budget compliance.
  • Perform project functions relating to production coordination, planning, organizing, directing, controlling, financial management, and on assigned projects.
  • Manage utility design and coordination activities for major and local utility companies, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Assist in determining schedules, budgets, and staffing for projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
  • Foster, manage, and ultimately deliver completed permitted projects on time and on budget, meeting the company's high standards.
  • Assist in performing quality control review of designs and projects concerning preliminary engineering reports, layouts, schematics, plans, and specifications, and cost estimations.
  • Manage contractors assigned to projects to ensure continual momentum and timely completion of their objectives, maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Coordinate and change priorities as appropriate, adapting to changing project requirements.
  • Work with minimal supervision and perform work at an efficient pace, demonstrating exceptional time management skills.
  • Collaborate with project team as needed and as appropriate, promoting a culture of teamwork and open communication.
  • Deliver timely updates to management and other appropriate personnel, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Special projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges.
Requirements
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of telecommunication construction and engineering practices and principles, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents and forms.
  • Ability to communicate with customers, employees, and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner, demonstrating excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision, making sound business decisions using experience and available information.
  • Ability to work within a team environment, promoting a culture of collaboration and open communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Business, with a strong foundation in project management principles and practices.
  • 5 Years of Project Management Experience, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • 5 Years of experience in Broadband and Telco Industry, with a deep understanding of telecommunication construction and engineering practices and principles.
Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer, with the ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen, and maintain a valid Driver's License.
