Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in the semiconductor industry
  • Strong technical knowledge of electronics, electromechanical systems, and semiconductor capital equipment
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with semiconductor capital equipment, including wafer fabrication, packaging, and testing
  • Knowledge of server system-level troubleshooting and repair
  • Project management and customer relations experience
  • Ability to travel up to 25-40% of the time
