About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Associate Manager to join our Strategic Finance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing financial leadership and support to our business units, driving strategic decision-making, and analyzing financial data to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financial leadership and support to business units, including financial planning, analysis, and reporting
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives and improve business performance
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency

Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
