Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Lead with extensive experience in the finance and insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing QA processes and leading teams to ensure the highest quality standards in our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee a minimum of 10 years of quality assurance experience, with at least 2 years focused on the insurance industry.
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of financial operations and business practices within the insurance domain.
  • Establish and manage a Testing Center of Excellence (COE) while supervising an offshore QA team.
  • Exhibit proficiency in MS SQL, ETL processes, BI reporting, and data validation techniques.
  • Possess hands-on experience with tools such as SSIS, Informatica, MS SQL, Cognos, Power BI, and SSRS.
  • Implement effective testing methodologies and frameworks specifically for BI and DWH projects.
  • Utilize advanced tools like Beyond Compare and other relevant technologies to enhance testing efficiency.
  • Have prior experience in automation testing within the business intelligence sector.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership and key stakeholders to align QA strategies with business objectives.
