Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Server to join our team at Catch Steak. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Your primary duties will include taking food and beverage orders, utilizing salesmanship techniques, and making recommendations. You will also be responsible for accurately inputting orders into our POS system, opening wine and champagne bottles using proper wine service techniques, and ensuring the accuracy of guest checks. Additionally, you will interact with guests, supervisors, and co-workers in a courteous and professional manner.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have 1-2 years of server experience in a high-volume, fine dining restaurant. You must be organized and proficient at multi-tasking, have a polished and well-groomed appearance, and be a reliable, flexible team player willing to learn and adapt to new situations. You will also need to have strong verbal communication skills, be committed to perfection, and have a genuine passion for hospitality.
