Job Summary

The Cocktail Server is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests in a timely and professional manner. This includes serving food and beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring that all guests have a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure friendly and attentive service to all guests
  • Mix and serve drinks according to established recipes and procedures
  • Manage cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the bar area and surrounding environment
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and a positive guest experience
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum six months of experience in a similar role
  • Advanced knowledge of beverages and mixology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
