About the Position

This is an excellent opportunity to join a stable and growing company with a competitive compensation package. As a Sales Consultant - Fence Industry, you will be responsible for selling fence products and services to homeowners and businesses in Ventura County and surrounding areas.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of success in outside sales or in-home sales experience. You will be required to learn and adopt our structured selling process and complete required training.

We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a company-provided tablet, company vehicle and gas card, and unlimited earning potential. Our salary range for this position is approximately $54,000 to $140,000 per year, based on performance and location.

Job Responsibilities
  • Present and sell the features and benefits of our fence products
  • Prospect for new customers through networking, referrals, and effective follow-up
  • Set and maintain the required number of appointments to meet/exceed sales goals

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of prior outside sales experience
  • 2-3 years of In-Home sales experience (preferred)
  • College degree in a related field (preferred)
