KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (including but not limited to):
- Prepare patients for medical evaluations and treatments
- Accurately document patient information in compliance with clinic protocols
- Foster effective communication with patients, colleagues, and visitors

- Engage in quality improvement initiatives, team meetings, and educational programs
- Collaborate with the Care Coordination team for patient outreach
- Execute orders under the guidance of a healthcare provider
- Assist in various patient care tasks, including medication administration, patient education, basic laboratory procedures, and medical interventions as required
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized environment for patients and staff
- Sterilize and maintain medical instruments according to clinic standards
- Restock and prepare examination rooms for patient visits
- Monitor inventory and reorder supplies as necessary
- Address patient and family inquiries
- Uphold strict confidentiality regarding patient information
- Complete mandatory training and educational requirements
- Adhere to personal protective equipment guidelines
- Follow bloodborne pathogens protocols
- Manage incoming calls and messages
- Take appropriate action in response to patient concerns
- Provide information about available services
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Organize office and laboratory operations
- Promote and embody company values

- Perform additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High School diploma or GED preferred

  • Experience in a healthcare setting preferred
  • Current Iowa LPN License required
  • BLS certification or ability to obtain upon hire
