Our comprehensive accounting team is responsible for budget development, financial reporting, vendor payments, insurance renewals, and the collection of community dues.

Your responsibilities will encompass:

  • Executing the directives of the board of directors in overseeing daily operations of the communities
  • Conducting site evaluations, documenting infractions, and ensuring necessary corrections
  • Participating in Board of Directors and Committee meetings, and preparing accurate minutes
  • Compiling Board of Directors packets prior to meetings
  • Engaging in the budgeting process
  • Soliciting bids from service providers
  • Maintaining effective communication with the Board of Directors
  • Leading and mentoring onsite personnel
  • Overseeing contractual agreements
  • Preparing community communications
  • Responding promptly to inquiries
  • Exhibiting strong customer service capabilities
  • Demonstrating prior management experience is essential
